Turn manual processes into workflows that run themselves.

Smart forms, client portals, and automations that capture, route, and act on information — without you lifting a finger.

Collect it once, let the system do the rest

Every form that lands in an inbox is a manual step waiting to be automated. We build flows that capture information and actually do something with it.

From form to finished, automatically

Smart forms

Multi-step, conditional forms that feel effortless to fill out.

Built in from day one

Client portals

A secure place for customers to submit, track, and return.

Automations

Route, notify, and trigger actions the moment data arrives.

Tool connections

Push data straight into your CRM, sheet, or inbox.

Auto follow-up

Confirmations and reminders sent without you remembering.

Clean records

Every submission organized and searchable.

Give your team their afternoons back

Manual intake, copy-paste, and follow-up eat hours every week. Automating them is the cheapest hire you'll ever make.

No more re-typing — data lands where it belongs.

Nothing slips — automatic routing and reminders.

Faster response — act on intake instantly.

Happier customers — smooth, professional intake.

A portal your customers can actually use

A real request form, the kind your customers would actually fill in. Most portals fall apart on a phone, which is exactly where they get opened. Switch the device and see.

Good to know

It gives your customers one place to see their information without calling you — quotes, documents, job status, invoices. The point is fewer status- update phone calls and fewer things lost in email threads.

Usually a good chunk of it. Anything that's currently a PDF someone fills in, emails, and retypes into another system is a strong candidate. We map the process first so we're automating the right thing rather than digitising a bad habit.

Yes, when it's built properly. Access is per-account, data is encrypted in transit, and people only ever see their own records. If you're in a regulated industry, tell us early and we'll build to that standard from the start.

A focused portal usually takes six to twelve weeks depending on how many record types and user roles it needs. We start with the one workflow that causes the most friction and expand from there.

They shouldn't. If a customer needs training to check the status of their own job, the design has failed. We keep the customer-facing side deliberately simple and put the complexity on the admin side where you can be trained properly.

It will, and that's fine. Because it's built for you rather than bought off a shelf, changing a step is a change we make rather than a limitation you work around. That's most of the argument for building it in the first place.
