Hands signing a document at a desk
Insurance Flow

Your own agency, running, in about a second.

Fill in five boxes and you are looking at a working agency with clients in it, applications part-finished, carriers, quotes and a renewals list. All of it invented. None of it a video.

No card. No sales call. Seven days, then it removes itself.

What is waiting inside

Not an empty shell

The usual free trial hands you a blank screen and a tour. Ten minutes later you have learned nothing, because software like this only makes sense with a caseload in it.

So yours arrives already busy:

Ten clients
Personal and commercial, with contact details and notes on them.
Twenty-one applications
Across different lines and at different stages, so the pipeline actually looks like a pipeline.
Six carriers
With real quotes attached to compare.
A renewals list
Including two that have already lapsed — because that is the screen you actually want to test.
The Insurance Flow sign-in screen

Five boxes, and you are inside a working agency of your own.

The part that matters to your compliance officer

A demo cannot touch anything real

Three separate walls, built three different ways on purpose. One mechanism repeated three times is one mistake away from being no mechanism at all.

01

It is its own agency

A demo is simply another agency in the system, so it inherits the same separation every paying agency already relies on. Nothing was written specially for demos, which is exactly why it holds.

02

It cannot reach the outside world

A demo cannot send email — not to a client, not to an underwriter, not down some path nobody thought of. The parts of the system whose whole job is to contact somebody turn it away and say why.

03

It runs out

After seven days it stops answering, whether or not anything has got round to deleting it yet. Then it is deleted.

{/* What is actually behind the sign-in. A demo page that never shows the product is asking for a leap of faith it does not need to ask for. */}
What is waiting inside

A book of business, all invented

Clients, applications at every stage, carriers and the whole form library — already populated, so there is something to click on the moment you land.

The agency dashboard inside the demo, showing fourteen applications, two waiting on information and a list of recent activity

Every name in here is made up. Nothing you do to it touches anybody real, and the whole thing deletes itself after a week.

Questions people ask before they click

Do I have to talk to anyone?

No. That is the point of it. Nobody from Deep Development & Design has to be in the room for you to see whether this is any good.

Is any of the data real?

None of it. Every client, application, quote and carrier in your demo is invented, and the colleagues you see listed cannot be logged in as.

Can I put my own client into it?

You can, and it will work — but please do not put anybody’s medical details or social security number into a demo that deletes itself in a week. Use a made-up one. When you are ready for real files, talk to us and we will set you up properly.

What happens after seven days?

The agency stops working and is then removed. Nothing carries over, so if you want to keep going, tell us before it runs out.

What does the real thing cost?

It depends on the size of your agency and what you want switched on. Tell us what you are running today and we will put a number on it. Get in touch.

Five boxes. About a second. Then have a look round.

If it is not for you, do nothing and it disappears by itself.
