Insurance Flow — a Deep Development & Design platform
Ask once. Get the ACORD back filled in.
Your client answers questions in plain English, one time. Insurance Flow works out which applications that covers, stops asking anything twice, and hands you the ACORD PDFs with the answers already in the boxes.
The agency view. Everything in flight, who it belongs to and what it is waiting on — on one screen. Shown with an invented book of business.
Nobody is slow. The paperwork is.
A commercial client who needs general liability, property cover and a licence bond is three applications. Today that is largely the same information, typed out three times, by three different people who are all waiting on each other.
The same question, over and over
Address, entity type, years in business, payroll, square footage. Every application asks again, so your client answers again — and gives a slightly different answer the third time.
A form that only works at a desk
A PDF emailed as an attachment gets opened on a phone, given up on, and remembered next Tuesday. That is not the client being difficult. That is the format.
Someone re-types it into the ACORD
The answers already exist. A person still copies them across, box by box, and that person is usually the one you would rather have selling.
And then you chase the one empty box
The submission goes out, the underwriter comes back for the one thing nobody asked, and the whole loop starts again a week later.
One set of answers, behind everything
Insurance Flow keeps the client, not the form, at the centre. Everything they have ever told you sits on their record, and each application pulls from it.
- Work out what they need
- A client who does not know what to ask for answers a short set of questions and comes out the other side with the right applications started. You build that question path yourself — it is not fixed.
- Ask each thing once
- Where two applications want the same fact, your client sees it once. The answer is saved to both.
- Your questions, your wording
- Build the forms in the browser. Questions can appear only when an earlier answer calls for them, and questions meant for your producer can be hidden from the client entirely.
- Client starts, producer finishes
- Send the client the part they can answer, and pick it up yourself for the part they cannot. The application says which state it is in.
- On your own website
- Drop the whole intake into your site, or one single product — a page for contractors’ liability, another for a bond — each with its own address.
- Forms come out filled
- The finished ACORD, as a real PDF, with the answers in the right boxes. How that works →
One row per client, every policy they hold beside them. The chips are the applications sharing that client’s answers.
Forty-odd lines, on by default. Switch off the ones you don’t write and your producers never see them again.
Whatever your agency writes
Insurance Flow ships with more than forty lines already set up across personal and commercial, plus surety bonds as their own category — licence and permit, estate, court, contractor licence, fidelity and notary.
You decide which of them your agency actually offers. Hide the rest and your producers never see them. Add your own lines on top if you write something nobody else does.
Every producer gets their own login, their own permissions and their own invite. Nothing is shared out of one password in a drawer.
Some of these answers are medical
A disability or life application asks health questions, and that information is protected by law. It is treated that way here — encrypted field by field, with every look at a record written down.
- Encrypted answer by answer
- Protected fields are encrypted individually, not just the disk underneath them.
- Two-factor for admins
- Required, with one-time recovery codes. Not optional and not skippable.
- A real audit trail
- Logins, permission changes, applications opened, secure links created — all recorded.
- One agency cannot see another
- Separation is enforced underneath every single request, not in the screens.
On the other end of every one of these forms is somebody who would rather be working.
A contractor, a café owner, a shop with three vans. They are not avoiding the application — they are opening it on a phone at seven in the evening, which is exactly when a twelve-page PDF loses.
The businesses your agency writes
Insurance Flow is built for the commercial book that never fits neatly into a form — and for the personal lines that ask the same six questions every single time.

Straight answers
Does this replace my agency management system?
No, and it is not trying to. Your management system keeps billing, commissions and claims — that is what it is good at. Insurance Flow handles the part in front of it: gathering the answers and producing the forms.
Syncing directly into AMS 360 is not built yet. It is the next thing we expect to be asked for, and we would scope it with you rather than guess at it.
Do my clients have to create an account?
No. Clients never log in. They get a link, they answer, they are done. Logins are for your staff only.
Can it look like my agency rather than yours?
Yes. Your logo and your colours, on the intake your clients see and on the forms embedded in your own website.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your agency and how much of it you want switched on. Tell us what you are running now and we will put a number on it. The week-long trial costs nothing and needs no card.
Who built it?
Deep Development & Design — the same people behind everything else on this site. Insurance Flow is our own platform, built alongside a working agency rather than in a vacuum. More about us.
Have a look before you talk to anybody
Five boxes and about a second later you are inside a working agency — clients, applications, carriers, quotes, renewals. All invented, all yours to poke at. It deletes itself after a week.
