The first question is "do you take my plan?" — and your site doesn't answer it

"Do you take my plan?" decides whether the phone rings at all, and on most practice sites it is answered nowhere. Meanwhile implants and Invisalign are cash-pay purchases sitting on the same homepage as insurance-driven hygiene, and they need different pages.

Every caller wants the same answer first, and it is not about teeth.

Three things that make this trade its own problem

The accepted-plans page doesn't exist

It would be the highest-value page on the site. Instead the front desk answers the same question one call at a time, all day, and the people who don't ring simply go elsewhere.

Cash cases and hygiene share a homepage

Implants, Invisalign and cosmetic work want their own pages, their own photography and their own campaigns. Lumped in with a hygiene recall, they get none of it.

You can't reply to a review the normal way

Confirming someone is a patient in a public reply is a disclosure. The practice needs response templates that sound human and still stay on the right side of that.

Local or national — where this one is actually decided

Map pack, tight radius. Reviews and the Google Business Profile do more work here than the website's own ranking does.
